Authorization Rules
The copyright of BeikeShop belongs to Chengdu Guangda Network Technology Co., Ltd. As a user of this open-source software, you must adhere to the following rules:

Copyright Ownership
All copyrights of this system are owned by Chengdu Guangda Network Technology Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized removal or alteration of BeikeShop's copyright is strictly prohibited.

Prohibition of Commercial Profit
Without prior written permission from our company:
- No individual, organization, or entity is allowed to sell, lease, or profit from BeikeShop or its derivatives.
- Any attempt to derive financial benefits in such ways constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Retention of Copyright Information
Users must retain BeikeShop's copyright information when using the system. If you wish to remove this information, prior authorization is required.

Compliance with the License
When using BeikeShop, you are required to fully comply with all terms of the Open Software License (“OSL”) v3.0 unless you have obtained a specific written license or waiver agreement from Chengdu Guangda Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Common Violations
While BeikeShop encourages developers to conduct secondary development and customization, certain actions are deemed violations. Below are some common examples:

Unauthorized Removal
Removing the “BeikeShop” copyright and link in the footer of the system homepage without purchasing a license is a violation.

Altering Beyond License
Even after purchasing a license, users may not:Remove copyright information beyond the homepage footer, such as:
- LICENSE file in the root directory
- Copyright notices in the code comments
- Backend copyright descriptions and links
- Plugin marketplace links
- Such actions constitute violations.

Resale or Redistribution
Reselling or redistributing BeikeShop systems, derivatives, or related paid solutions without authorization is strictly prohibited

Unauthorized Brand Modification
Developers are encouraged to conduct secondary development and provide paid services based on BeikeShop. However, modifying the BeikeShop brand name without prior authorization is a serious violation and harms our brand reputation.
