Developer Agreement

Welcome to apply to become a developer of BeikeShop (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "platform"). In order to ensure the smooth progress of our cooperation, it is necessary for you to agree to the following agreement. Once your application is approved, you can become our developer. Please read the following content carefully and make sure you understand and agree to this agreement.

• 1. Developer Rights and Responsibilities

  1.1 You have the right to develop, submit, and manage your plugins, ensuring the quality and security of the plugins.

  1.2 You should promptly maintain and update your plugins to ensure stability during use and compatibility with the latest version of BeikeShop.

  1.3 You should use the BeikeShop platform legally and comply with the relevant rules and policies of the platform.

• 2. BeikeShop Rights and Responsibilities

  2.1 We have the right to review and decide whether to list your plugins. The review results include approval, rejection, or the need for you to modify and resubmit.

  2.2 We have the obligation to provide a certain level of technical support and guidance to help you better develop and maintain plugins.

  2.3 We have the right to update and modify the rules and policies of the platform, and you should promptly understand and comply with these rules and policies.

• 3. Fee and Settlement Relationship

  3.1 The relationship between you and BeikeShop is a purchasing relationship. We will purchase the corresponding "inventory" quantity of plugins from you at the purchase price (80% of the price you specified), and then sell the plugins to end users at your specified price.

  3.2 Payment Method: When purchasing plugins from developers at the "purchase price," we will use a credit sale form for payment.

  3.3 Settlement Period: On the 1st to 3rd natural days of each month, we will settle the credit sale debt with developers once. This means that we will pay the outstanding credit sale amount on a monthly settlement cycle.

  3.4 If your plugins cause losses to customers, we have the right to deduct a portion of the amount from the credit sale to compensate for the corresponding losses.

• 4. Confidentiality Terms

  4.1 You agree to keep the platform's trade secrets and user information confidential and not disclose them to third parties.

  4.2 We will also keep your trade secrets and sensitive information confidential and not disclose them to third parties.

• 5. Developer Notices

  5.1 Service Period Setting: When submitting plugins, please clearly set the corresponding "service period." After the customer's "service period" expires, you will no longer be required to provide technical support services. If the customer chooses to renew the "service period," you will be required to continue providing technical support services to the customer.

  5.2 Timely Communication: Please keep your contact information open. If we cannot contact you to resolve issues within 2 working days of a customer's purchase, we have the right to refund the customer directly and recover the losses incurred from you.

  5.3 Plugin Security: Do not upload harmful plugins. Any such discovery will result in immediate account suspension and cessation of settling outstanding debts with developers. The official authority reserves the right to seek compensation from developers on behalf of users for any losses incurred.

• 6. Termination

  6.1 The platform has the right to terminate this agreement at any time.

  6.2 After termination, you should stop selling plugins and settle the final account according to the agreement.

• 7. Miscellaneous

  7.1 This agreement does not constitute an agency, partnership, joint operation, or employment relationship between the parties.

  7.2 This agreement is subject to legal constraints and protection, and both parties should exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations within the scope prescribed by law.
