BeikeShop Licensing Terms
1.Copyright Ownership
All intellectual property rights and copyrights for this system are exclusively owned by Chengdu Everbright Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Any unauthorized removal, concealment, or alteration of BeikeShop copyright identifiers is strictly prohibited.2.Restrictions on Commercial Exploitation
Unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company, no individual or organization may sell, lease, or redistribute the BeikeShop system or its derivatives for profit. Any such attempt constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.3.Retention of Copyright Notices
When using BeikeShop, you must retain all original copyright notices. Removal of these notices requires a valid commercial license obtained from us in advance.4.Open Source License Compliance
Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Chengdu Everbright Network Technology Co., Ltd., your use of BeikeShop must strictly adhere to the terms of the Open Software License ("OSL") v.3.0Common License Violations
1.Unauthorized Footer Modification
Removing the "Powered by BeikeShop" link or copyright text from the website footer without a commercial license.2.Broad-Spectrum Deletion of Identifiers
Deleting copyright information beyond the scope of a basic license, such as removing the LICENSE file from the root directory, stripping comments from source code, or modifying the admin dashboard's copyright branding.3.Unauthorized Secondary Distribution
Engaging in the resale of the BeikeShop system, its derivatives, or bundled payment solutions without express permission.4.Unauthorized Rebranding
Modifying the BeikeShop brand name or logo without authorization. While we encourage secondary development, unauthorized rebranding is a serious violation that damages our brand identity.How to Rectify a Violation

If you are currently in violation, please purchase a commercial license immediately or restore the original BeikeShop copyright notices.2. Obtain Written Authorization
If you wish to resell, redistribute, or rebrand BeikeShop for profit, you must obtain prior written authorization from us.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
1. Software Provided "As-Is"
Unless otherwise specified in a written commercial contract or SLA, BeikeShop software and its documentation are provided "As-Is" and on an "as available" basis. The official party makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.2. Data Backup & Security Responsibility
BeikeShop is a self-hosted/open-source system. As the administrator of your server and data, you are responsible for establishing comprehensive data backup and network security defense mechanisms. The official party assumes no liability for data loss, corruption, or leakage arising from:(1) Failure to perform regular backups per official guidelines;
(2) Server hacking, malware intrusion, or failure to update security patches promptly;
(3) Improper configuration or operational errors.
3. Third-Party Plugins & Custom Development
Applications, themes, or services provided by third-party developers in the BeikeShop plugin marketplace are independently responsible for their quality, security, and compatibility. The official party bears no responsibility for technical failures, system crashes, or security risks caused by user-installed third-party extensions or custom source code modifications.4. Third-Party Service Interruptions
Third-party services integrated into the system (including but not limited to payment gateways, logistics tracking, AI APIs, ad tracking, etc.) are subject to the availability of those third-party providers. The official party is exempt from liability for business losses caused by third-party policy changes, API modifications, or service interruptions.5. Operational Compliance Disclaimer
BeikeShop is provided solely as an e-commerce technology tool. Users must strictly comply with the laws and regulations of their respective countries and regions when operating their independent stores (including but not limited to intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, GDPR data privacy regulations, etc.). All legal consequences arising from the publication of prohibited goods, infringing content, or illegal operations shall be borne solely by the user.6. Limitation of Liability & Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeikeShop, its parent company, affiliates, or developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising from the use or inability to use this software.
