Product Draft

Save the unfinished items as drafts first, without listing them or showing them on the store's front desk. Continue editing and publishing them later.

"## Function

• ** One-click Save Draft ** : A "Save Draft" button has been added between "Exit Edit" and "Publish" in the title bar of the product release/edit page. There is no need to verify the required fields, and the draft can be saved first even if the fields are not completed.
• ** Draft List ** : In the background, "Product → Product Draft" lists all drafts, supports searching, editing and deleting by name, and displays the total number of drafts.
• ** Continue editing ** : Directly reuse the product editing page, with complete retention of data such as images, multi-specification, multi-language descriptions, categories, and attributes.
• ** Publish and List ** : On the draft editing page, click "Publish", go through the complete verification of the core form, clear the draft marks and list it.
• ** Completely hidden ** : Drafts do not appear in the front-end list, search results and filters, nor in the back-end product list; The front desk product detail page directly returns a 404.
• ** Recycle Bin Mark ** : Deleted drafts are marked with "Draft" in "Items → Recycle Bin" for easy determination of whether to restore them.
• ** Data Fault Tolerance ** : When the draft has no name, use a placeholder name with a time. When the SKU is empty, it is automatically generated. When it duplicates with other products, the serial number is automatically appended and a prompt is given.
• ** Optional Uninstall Cleaning ** : In the uninstall pop-up window, you can check "Delete draft items simultaneously", and the data will be retained by default.

Use

1. In the background, go to "Plugin → Product Draft → Installation" (add a draft mark field to the product data), and then enable it.
2. Enter "Product → Publish Product" or any product editing page, fill in some content and then click "Save Draft" in the title bar.
3. If the product has already been released, it will first be confirmed that "it will be saved as a draft, taken off the shelves and hidden from the store's front desk." After confirmation, save and automatically jump back to the draft editing page.
4. Go to "Product → Product Draft", find the draft, and click "Edit" to continue supplementing information.
5. After the information is complete, click on "Publish" in the title bar. The draft marks will be cleared and the product will be immediately put on the shelves.
6. When you need to give up, click "Delete" in the draft list (soft delete, you can retrieve it from "Product → Recycle Bin").
