The PayPal Authorized Payment Plugin is a tool developed based on the PayPal authorized payment function, aiming to provide merchants with a secure and flexible cross-border payment solution. This plugin has been officially certified and directly connects to PayPal\'s global payment network. It enables merchants to freeze users\' funds (authorization) first and then complete the deduction (capture) after specific conditions (such as shipping) are met. It is suitable for a variety of complex business scenarios.
Ii. Core Functions
- Authorized payment managementMerchants can initiate authorization operations to freeze the corresponding amount of funds of users. During the validity period of the authorization (usually 29 days), they can fully capture, partially capture or cancel the authorization according to the actual situation.

Note: After the user completes the payment in the mall, that is, after authorizing and agreeing to the deduction, they need to first confirm whether the authorized amount is correct. Then, they should modify the order status to "Paid" in the mall\'s backend. This will simultaneously change the paypal authorization status to "Completed", indicating that the deduction and account entry are complete
