Product Review

Below the product detail page, an evaluation module is provided. Customers submit star ratings and graphic and textual evaluations, and merchants review and reply in the background.

"## Function

• ** Front Desk Evaluation Module ** : Below the product detail page, a rating overview (average score and number of items), evaluation list and submission form are displayed, with adaptation for both PC and mobile devices.
• ** Star Rating and Graphic Evaluation ** : Select from 1 to 5 stars and display the "Very Poor ~ Very Good" copy in real time; Each review can upload pictures, with a default limit of 3 pictures.
• ** Purchase Verification ** : By default, only logged-in customers who have purchased this product (paid for/shipped/completed order) can review it. This feature can be turned off.
• ** Guest Reviews Optional ** : By default, unlogged-in customers are allowed to review (with a nickname required), but this can also be turned off in the configuration.
• ** Review Mechanism ** : By default, after submission, it will enter "Pending Review". Only after approval in the background will it be displayed in the foreground. It can be changed to automatic review and direct release.
• ** Merchant Reply ** : Reviews can be replied to in the background, and the reply content is displayed in the review list on the front end.
• ** Back-end Management ** : On the left, "Product → Product Review" supports filtering by status, product ID, and keywords (reviewer/content), allowing for approval, rejection, reply, and deletion one by one.
• ** Test Mode ** : Once enabled, skip the "Purchased" verification to facilitate the verification process before placing an order. Please turn it off before going live.

Use

1. In the background, go to "Plugin → Product Review → Installation" (automatically create a review data table), and then enable it.
2. Click "Edit" to adjust the automatic review, visitor reviews, number of items per page, purchase verification, test mode and upper limit of images as needed.
3. The front desk opens any product detail page, and the evaluation module is right at the bottom of the page. Corresponding prompts are displayed when not logged in or not purchased.
4. After the customer submits, they can view it in the background under "Product → Product Review". Only after clicking "Pass" will the review be displayed on the front desk.
5. When it is necessary to indicate the time point of "Reply", fill in the content and save it. After confirming that the entire process is correct, turn off the test mode.
