Database Backup

The entire database SQL backup can be exported with one click in the background. It can be downloaded, deleted, and only the most recent several copies will be automatically retained.

"## Function

• ** One-click full database backup ** : Pure PHP export, no reliance on 'mysqldump', can also be used on virtual hosts.
• ** Compressed storage ** : When exporting, gzip compression occurs simultaneously during writing, resulting in a small size and memory usage that is independent of the table's size.
• ** Backup Overview ** : Displays database name, number of data tables, number of backup files and occupied space.
• ** Backup File List ** : Lists file names, sizes and backup times, which can be directly downloaded or deleted.
• ** Automatically retain only the most recent 10 copies ** : After exceeding 10 copies, they will be automatically deleted in chronological order from old to new.
• ** Concurrency and Frequency Protection ** : Only one export task is allowed at a time; For the same administrator with the same IP address, there should be at least a 60-second interval between two backups. The remaining waiting time will be displayed on the page.
• ** No residual files in case of failure ** : Write temporary files first and rename them only after they are all completed. Interrupted exports will not be regarded as available backups. It fails directly when the disk space is insufficient.
• ** File names will not be duplicated ** : Backup file names are generated based on the backup time. Multiple backups within the same second will be automatically appended with serial numbers.

Use

1. Enter the left side of the background, ** Function → Backup **. At the top of the page, the database name, the number of tables, the number of backup files and the occupied space are displayed.
2. Click the circular button "Back Up Now" in the middle and wait for it to complete.
3. Click "Download" in the "Backup Files" list below to save to your local device, or click "Delete" to remove backups that you no longer need.
4. The backup files are saved in the site's storage directory and cannot be accessed directly through the website. They can only be downloaded after being authenticated by the backend.
5. When continuous backup is required, wait for 60 seconds as prompted on the page for the cooling to complete.
